1. Acceptance of Terms

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

• Not have been previously banned or suspended from DriveWin

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

2.3 One Account Per Person

You may only create and maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate termination of all accounts
• Forfeiture of all balances and prizes
• Permanent ban from the platform
• Legal action for fraud or breach of contract

2.4 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Service Description and Gameplay

3.1 Nature of the Service

DriveWin is a skill-based gaming platform where players:

• Pay an entry fee (1 USDT) to play a driving game
• Earn points based on their skill, reaction time, and strategy
• Compete on a weekly leaderboard with other players
• Receive prizes based on their leaderboard ranking at the end of each week

Important: DriveWin is a skill-based competition, not gambling. Your success depends entirely on your gaming skill, not on chance or random outcomes.

3.2 Game Entry and Fees

• Each game session costs 1 USDT, deducted from your wallet balance
• Entry fees are non-refundable once a game has started
• You may play unlimited games, subject to available wallet balance
• All scores from games played during a week contribute to your weekly total score

3.3 Fair Play and Game Integrity

You agree to play fairly and honestly. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating: Using hacks, bots, automation tools, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage
• Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate game mechanics, scores, or the leaderboard
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages
• Exploitation: Taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform
• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract source code

Violation of fair play rules may result in immediate disqualification, account suspension, forfeiture of prizes, and permanent ban.

3.4 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have a compatible device and modern web browser
• Maintaining a stable internet connection
• Understanding that connection issues, device failures, or browser problems may affect gameplay
• Accepting that we are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent or disrupt gameplay

4. Prizes and Leaderboards

4.1 Weekly Competition

• Each week runs from Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC
• Your weekly score is the sum of all your game scores during that week
• Leaderboards are updated in real-time throughout the week
• Final rankings are determined when the week ends

4.2 Prize Pool and Distribution

• The weekly prize pool is generated from a portion of game entry fees
• Prizes are distributed to the top 10 players according to predetermined percentages
• Prize distribution percentages are displayed on the Leaderboard page and may be updated at our discretion
• Prizes are automatically credited to winners' wallets within 24 hours of the week ending

4.3 Prize Eligibility and Forfeiture

To be eligible for prizes, you must:

• Have an account in good standing (not suspended or banned)
• Comply with all Terms of Service and fair play rules
• Not engage in any prohibited activities

We reserve the right to withhold or forfeit prizes if:

• We suspect cheating, fraud, or violation of these Terms
• Your account is found to be a duplicate or multi-account
• You are found to be ineligible based on age, location, or other restrictions
• There is evidence of collusion or manipulation

4.4 Ties and Tiebreakers

In the event of a tie in weekly scores, the player who achieved their score first (earliest timestamp) will be ranked higher.

4.5 Historical Leaderboards

Past weeks' leaderboards are maintained for transparency and may be viewed by all users. We reserve the right to retroactively adjust rankings or prizes if violations are discovered after a week has ended.

5. DriveCoin and Virtual Currency

5.1 What is DriveCoin (DC)?

DriveCoin (DC) is DriveWin's internal virtual currency that can be used within the platform for:

• Opening mystery boxes
• Purchasing virtual miners
• Accessing special features and items
• Participating in exclusive events

5.2 Earning DriveCoin

You can earn DriveCoin through:

• Welcome Bonus: New users receive 5 DC upon registration
• Daily Streak Rewards: Login consecutively to claim DC rewards
• DriveMining: Miners automatically generate DC over time
• Mystery Boxes: Random DC rewards from opened boxes
• Achievements: Some achievements award DC
• Purchase: Buy DC with USDT through your wallet

5.3 DriveCoin Terms and Limitations

• DriveCoin has no monetary value and cannot be directly converted to USDT or withdrawn
• DC is for entertainment and platform features only
• DC cannot be transferred between users
• DC balances are non-refundable once earned or purchased
• We reserve the right to adjust DC earning rates, prices, or features at any time
• Upon account termination, all DC balances are forfeited

5.4 DriveMining System

DriveMining allows users to purchase virtual miners that generate DriveCoin automatically:

• Miners are purchased with USDT and generate DC based on their hashrate (TH/s)
• Mining earnings accumulate automatically every hour
• You can collect mining earnings anytime from the Mining Dashboard
• Miners are permanent and continue generating DC indefinitely
• Miner purchases are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to adjust mining rates, miner prices, or the mining system at any time
• The mining system is for entertainment; it does not involve actual cryptocurrency mining

5.5 Mystery Boxes

• Mystery boxes contain random rewards including DC, USDT, or miners
• Box opening results are determined by random algorithms
• Boxes are non-refundable once opened
• We do not guarantee specific rewards or payout rates from boxes
• We reserve the right to modify box contents, odds, or availability

6. Wallet, Deposits, and Withdrawals

6.1 DriveWin Wallet

• Your DriveWin wallet holds your USDT balance for gameplay and prizes
• The wallet is an internal ledger system; we hold USDT on your behalf
• You can deposit USDT to your wallet or withdraw USDT to an external wallet
• All balances are denominated in USDT (Tether, TRC20 network)

5.2 Deposits

• Deposits must be made in USDT on the TRC20 network only
• Minimum deposit: 5 USDT
• You must submit the transaction hash (TXID) for verification after sending USDT
• Deposits are credited after verification, typically within a few hours
• Sending USDT on other networks (ERC20, BEP20, etc.) will result in permanent loss of funds
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account

5.3 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: 10 USDT
• Withdrawal fee: 1 USDT (flat fee per withdrawal)
• Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours
• You must provide a valid TRC20 USDT wallet address
• Withdrawals sent to incorrect addresses cannot be reversed or recovered
• We reserve the right to request identity verification for large or suspicious withdrawals
• We may delay or deny withdrawals if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations

5.4 Cryptocurrency Risks

You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with cryptocurrency, including:

• Risk of sending funds to incorrect addresses
• Risk of network congestion or delays
• Regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency

We are not responsible for losses resulting from cryptocurrency price fluctuations, network issues, user errors, or regulatory actions.

5.5 Prohibition on Money Laundering

DriveWin prohibits money laundering and illicit financial activity. We reserve the right to:

• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity
• Request identity verification and source of funds documentation
• Report suspicious activity to authorities
• Freeze accounts or funds pending investigation
• Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies

7. Achievements and Daily Streak Rewards

7.1 Achievement System

DriveWin features an achievement system that rewards players for reaching milestones:

• Achievements are unlocked by completing specific tasks (playing games, reaching scores, earning prizes, referring users, etc.)
• Each achievement awards a USDT bonus automatically upon completion
• Achievement rewards range from 0.5 USDT to 10 USDT depending on difficulty
• Achievement rewards are credited instantly to your wallet balance
• Achievements can only be earned once per account

7.2 Achievement Categories

Achievements include but are not limited to:

• Gameplay Achievements: Playing specific numbers of games (10, 50, 100 games)
• Scoring Achievements: Reaching score milestones (1000, 2000 points in a single game)
• Earnings Achievements: Earning cumulative prize amounts (10 USDT, 20 USDT total)

7.3 Daily Streak System

The Daily Streak system rewards consistent logins:

• Login each day to build your streak and claim daily rewards
• Streak rewards increase each consecutive day up to Day 7
• Day 1: 1 DC | Day 2: 1.5 DC | Day 3: 2 DC | Day 4: 1 USDT | Day 5: 3 DC | Day 6: 5 DC | Day 7: 1 TH/s mining power
• Rewards are claimed manually through the Daily Streak modal on the game page
• You must login and claim rewards within 24 hours of each day

7.4 Streak Breaking Rules

• If you miss a day (fail to login within 24 hours), your streak will reset to 0 permanently
• You will not be able to claim further daily streak rewards after breaking your streak
• The daily streak system is designed to reward consistent engagement
• We reserve the right to modify streak rewards, durations, or rules at any time

7.5 Achievement and Streak Eligibility

• Achievements and streak rewards are only available to accounts in good standing
• Multi-accounting or fraudulent activity will result in forfeiture of all rewards
• We reserve the right to investigate suspicious achievement progress and withhold rewards pending investigation
• We may add, remove, or modify achievements and daily streak rewards at our discretion

8. Referral Program

6.1 How Referrals Work

• Each user receives a unique referral code displayed in their Profile
• When a new user registers using your referral code, they become your referral
• You earn a percentage of your referrals' game entry fees as bonus credits
• Referral bonuses are credited to your wallet automatically

6.2 Referral Program Rules

You agree to:

• Not create fake accounts to refer yourself (multi-accounting)
• Not use misleading, deceptive, or spammy marketing tactics
• Not impersonate DriveWin or misrepresent your affiliation with us
• Comply with applicable advertising and marketing laws
• Not offer incentives or payments to users for signing up with your code (unless approved by us)

6.3 Program Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify referral bonus percentages at any time
• Suspend or terminate the referral program
• Remove users from the program for violations
• Withhold referral bonuses if fraud or abuse is detected

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts or share accounts with others
• Use another person's account without permission
• Sell, transfer, or trade your account
• Use the platform if you are under 18 years old
• Circumvent any security features or access controls

9.5 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Violation of these prohibitions may result in:

• Warning or temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Forfeiture of account balance and prizes
• Legal action and liability for damages
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the DriveWin platform, including but not limited to:

• Software, code, and algorithms
• Text, graphics, logos, icons, and images
• Game design, mechanics, and artwork
• Audio, video, and interactive features
• Trademarks, service marks, and trade names

are owned by DriveWin or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIVEWIN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Any loss or theft of cryptocurrency or funds
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Service
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content
• Any unauthorized access to your account or personal information
• Any technical malfunctions, bugs, or glitches

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED OR PAID TO DRIVEWIN IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

You acknowledge and agree that you use the Service at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for any damage to your device, loss of data, or other harm resulting from your use of the Service.
